Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using World of Rankings (WoR) ("Application").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and World of Rankings (WoR) and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by World of Rankings (WoR).

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by World of Rankings (WoR) for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

World of Rankings (WoR) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and we recommend that you keep a back-up copy of it at all times. You must at all times ensure that: (i) you have the rights required to submit, transmit or display Your Content, and to grant us the rights as set out in these Terms; and (ii) Your Content (and our use of Your Content in accordance with these Terms) does not infringe or violate the rights of any person or otherwise contravene any applicable laws or regulations.

We are not responsible for and we do not endorse, support or guarantee the lawfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content submitted to, transmitted or displayed by or linked by World of Rankings (WoR), including content provided by users of World of Rankings (WoR) or by our advertisers. You acknowledge and agree that by using World of Rankings (WoR), you may be exposed to content which is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, offensive or unlawful. Any reliance on or use of any content on or accessible from World of Rankings (WoR) by you is at your own risk. Your use of World of Rankings (WoR) does not give you any rights in or to any content you may access or obtain in connection with your use of World of Rankings (WoR).

We also do not guarantee the quality, reliability or suitability of any third party services provided, made available, advertised or linked through World of Rankings (WoR) and we will bear no responsibility for your use of or relationship with any such third parties or third party services.

You agree not to use the services in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that World of Rankings (WoR) is not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a result of using any of the services.

We may remove or refuse to make available or link to certain content or third party services if they infringe intellectual property rights, are obscene, defamatory or abusive, violate any rights or pose any risk to the security or performance of World of Rankings (WoR).

We may respond to notices of alleged infringement of rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation and infringement of other civil rights) and other claims and demands. If you have any such infringement-related concerns, please contact support@wilinksg.com.

World of Rankings (WoR) reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

The Application may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services").

You acknowledge and agree that World of Rankings (WoR) shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. World of Rankings (WoR) does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or World of Rankings (WoR).

World of Rankings (WoR) may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from World of Rankings (WoR), in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of World of Rankings (WoR)'s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

World of Rankings (WoR) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application.

The laws of Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and World of Rankings (WoR) regarding your use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and World of Rankings (WoR).

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other World of Rankings (WoR)'s services, which World of Rankings (WoR) will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.
